You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

We do not offer a free return service. Direct return costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your return (or proof of return), we will issue a refund within 14 days. This includes the original standard delivery cost.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us and we will arrange a refund, replacement, or repair at no extra cost.
